Welcome to Transpire Organic Farm and Wellness!
Transpire Organic Farm is a 2 acre certified organic farm incubated within the Pfennings Organic Farm in Baden, Ontario. We offer an 80 member Community Shared Agriculture Program and Fresh Farmers’ Market Sales. Transpire Organic grows community by inspiring healthy, whole, abundant living. We produce and provide healthy, local, and sustainably-produced foods in a way that nurtures the grower, the eater, and our Mother Earth.

"I had known Candace for a long time and admired her gardening expertise
and dedication to a healthier region... so when she started farming and
created her own CSA, I really wanted to join. My husband and I are vegetarian
and love to eat fresh seasonal food, and Candace came
through with flying colours -- literally. We looked forward to Monday
evenings for the food pick-up and planned our meals around it. I would
bike home with a knapsack and canvas bags full of organic veggies
and even a few sunflowers sticking out the top. Her salad greens were
magnificent, and I made lots of pesto from all that basil and cilantro.
Another success was ground cherries, which we had never tasted
before and were delicious. We found an unexpected bonus with Candace's
on-line blog and photos, which allowed us to see what was going
on at the farm and appreciate her experience as a farmer: it's not easy,
but rewarding. The website was also a great place to share recipes
and give input as a CSA member. We highly recommend Transpire
Organics - for your health, for the health of the land, and for the viability
of your very own farmer!"
